It is our belief, that when we allow ourselves the space to be playful in our practice, we are opening the door to a more mindful, deep, and kind connection to ourselves. Making space and grace to smile and laugh, to feel comfortable being you, and to try something new without fear or judgment is the goal. Expect the Hatha yoga poses that you know, but with playful new twists and explorations! This class meets in the studio and when it is nice we will meet at the park around the corner. There is nothing quite like being able to play yoga outside with friends!
