We will move, breathe, and relax socially distanced, outside, with the best view in the QC overlooking the Mississippi River. NOTE: There is no class on September 19th due to Riverssance. You must pre-register to attend, but that is no big deal. Snag one of our outdoor yoga passes or save and buy a 6 class pass and get your yoga on outside with Sunlight this fall!

Albert Einstein once said, "Play is the highest for of research." Come explore this concept with Ashley Tuesday nights 6-7pm! It is our belief, that when we allow ourselves the space to be playful in our practice, we are opening the door to a more mindful, deep, and kind connection to ourselves. Making space and grace to smile and laugh, to feel comfortable being you, and to try something new without fear or judgment is the goal. Expect the Hatha yoga poses that you know, but with playful new twists and explorations! This class meets in the studio and when it is nice we will meet at the park around the corner. There is nothing quite like being able to play yoga outside with friends!
